The PorchLight inspection consists of a visual, and where applicable, operational inspection and review of the structure from foundation to roof, including all visible electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Each client will be provided a report summarizing the results and findings of our inspection. For areas of concern, we will categorize them as Critical, Serious and Minor so that the buyer can make informed decisions and the seller can arrange for necessary service and / or repairs.
